I evaluate many tools to help me get things done. Most don't make the cut. Here are some of the key tools I currently use and recommend:
I am technology consultant and eProductivity specialist and I 've been working Lotus Notes since 1993
My story in action management began in the mid 1980's when I received a contract to teach a course on systems analysis and design methodologies for the Navy

Discussion/Comments (1):
Tools like this are incredibly helpful. I've had success using Google docs for real time sharing and collaboration where multiple people are making edits to a doc or spreadsheet. OF course the caveat there is all participants need a Google account.
